Trust me, nobody ever fully recovers from sexual abuse they just move forward. That type of betrayal stays with us forever and changes how we interact with people for the rest of our lives.

And I didn't mean it the way I'm sure it sounds.

1. Should have said "started her recovery". I'm more than willing to work with someone who is working themselves. But honestly, I don't want to read "Couragr to Heal" again.

2. Should have said that I feel I'm not up to the task- I really feel like I didn't do enough for the last girl, didn't process the info correctly, wasn't able to help.

3. Should have said this (and this is probably true for all of us): if it's love, everything else is negotiable.
