Your not the only one with this problem.
Now you might not think its a problem but really it is.
Its all about self respect.
If you gonna let some street trash use you and then lose you then thats your business.
I just think self respect is so important in relationships but a lot of people dont.

And keepingitreal: im actually seeing someone now who treats me like a queen. i adore him very much and he was a client of mine at one point. I am open to new things which is why i decided to pursue a relationship with him. It's very new to me but i have been trying very hard to make it work.

Short answer... I would... I have in the past and would do it again, if I found the right person at the right moment.

no i know girls who fall for trash and i stay farrrr from them, but i know what ur talking about! im attracted to men with a youthful appeal, and a certain swagger. Confident but not cocky. Someone intelligent, well spoken with goals who enjoys their independance, but would enjoy spending their spare time with me :) I don't like hoodlums at all. I like intellectuals. I dont want a guy who is flawless, or buff or rich or with a nice car or lots of money. I dont care about that, anything i want i could get myself. I dont think my idea is unrealistic at all. I would just like for a guy under 250 lbs, or not balding, or under 40 at least to be interested in the possibility of a long term relationship. I could even setttle for 35 yrs old lol as long as he has a full head of hair and a lil tone in his stomach

Here is the problem...and this comes from a single unattached guy under 250lbs, 35 years old(and I look younger) with a full head of hair, and makes enough money to drive a gorgeous car and soon to own a house in a very expensive market(Los Angeles).....I don't get all those things without working my ass off. And in my situation(and in the situation of nearly every guy like me I suspect), there are career factors and social factors I have to be concious of.

I really would date and have a relationship with a transsexual...and even consider living together, long term commitment, marriage, etc...if the circumstances are right. But really, thats the same with GG also.

The things that really have to be present are that the person has to really present herself as a woman....in all aspects of life. My job and future earnings depend on this. If I were gay, thats not a stigma at all careerwise. But that I'm dating a "dude"(as the rumors would go), thats a real problem. Literally something that could keep me from promotions or choice jobs. Not to mention having to deal with rumors following me where ever I work. And then dealing with my friends isn't so much of an issue, but dealing with my family is. My parents are approaching 70 and its not fun or easy or anything I ever would want to deal with. I simply will never ever attempt to explain to my parents about people who are born with the wrong genetic parts. It's just not gonna happen.

If I could meet a sweet, sane, pretty girl who would be exclusive and open to a serious, full trusting relationship, I would be a very very happy man. These girls are hard to find tho, GG or TG.

So the answer is yes, in every sense of the word, so long as I got what I want and needed from the relationship. (Trust, love, and intimacy)

I would certainly want to date a TS, have dated two and brought both into my family, friends and community.

A lot of this thread has been just depressing to read though. The attitude, on both sides, is just terrible.
