Yeah, I remember reading about one of the people who worked on the Omen, had a car crash at a sign or something that said 'This is the way to Route 666' or something similar. Can't remember exactly what happened, but he nearly got his head chopped off in the crash.

I have to go with The Shining.
I still remember watching it when I was very young, there is this bit in the ghost scene where the camera pans through the hotel corer doors and in one of the rooms is guy in a rabbit suit, you only actually see him for a second. It sounds really stupid but it was so freaky at the time, one of those weird things that stick's with you forever.
I also loved IT, except the end is shit, with the giant spider (the book is much better).
Sometimes They Come Back was quite good too.
The start of Jeepers Creepers is great, the rest of the film is terrible.
