Do you feel like you get enough recognition for everyone you do?
To me you are like a hero. Giving all these fantastic people a chance and introducing then all to us. I really feel like you deserve some sort of lifetime achievement award if you haven't already.
Do you have any involvement with trans rights/politics? have some extreme trans rights people called you out? if you're dating, do you take an interest in it, since it would help your partner (if you're dating, married, etc?)

Whether I deserve it or not, I do get good recognition within the adult industry for the company and what we've created and stood for. 10+ years ago my ego would have been wanting the recognition but it's a false premise based on my own insecurities at the time. Yes, as a company we have involvement in that and Kristel spearheads most of that. On a personal level, I'm for equality and equal rights but I believe that takes time, and effort on both parts. Too often I see people getting upset, claiming in-equality when it's nothing of the sort. I'm more concerned with the anti-bullying/violence towards Trans as well as other issues that individuals may have.Quote:

Ok ... so when I was 28 ... you've got to be open and out, happy to pick them up at home and take them on a date to a restaurant where people might know you. You treat transwomen no different to any other date you might be on, be funny, be cool, don't expect to get laid, don't ask them about their genitals, etc. Dating apps/websites are always good. Remember they're probably more nervous than most girls if going on a date (anxiety over being clocked, or making the right impression). Be a gentleman, be a standup guy, have fun, ask questions, be open about your life, dress well, smell good and look the best you can. Be polite, don't be pushy.
