Today someone call me, say he can not accomodate, i suggest an hourly hotel that i know, tell him the room cost €25 + my cost €100.

Exactly my thoughts on the matter. Pay full asking price or don't buy. If the price is too high it will adjust itself. Lowballing in this business just leads to lousy service.
