The agreement is already signed. We both contributed to the final draft. However in it I have obligations to fulfill. To move out in good order and hand over the keys.

I suppose if he is interested I will find out after the status hearing in two weeks. If not then oh well. Life goes on. I thought I made this clear. The guy is the opposing council. He is for the plaintiff and I am the defendant.
