Because it´s not feminine. There´s a difference between someone who was once a man and a GG. If she doesn´t get some tits, the only feminine part of her will be her face.

So,what you are saying is that there is nothing feminine about her but her face.But when she gets some implants all of the sudden her body becomes feminine?
