I don't have a cameraphone and I'm certainly not tech savvy, so DON'T take my word for it, but someone else had the same question upstream, and apparently all one does is email the picture to one's self.Quote:

there are multiple ways to get your pics from the mobile phone onto the computer.
e-mailing it to yourself is one possibility, but not everyone that has a cam-phone has this feature.
you can send it to your computer over infrared and/or bluetooth. if its a camera-phone it will have at least one of those features - bluetooth getting more asnd more popular. if u have a fairly recent laptop-computer it will have both of those ports as well. thats how i put up my pix - i sent it to the harddrive of my laptop via bluetooth and attached it from their to my reply to this thread earlier on.
if you have a PC and it doesnt have bluetooth or infrared - common for models older than a few years it will still have a usb-port (=universal serial bus). get urself a cheap connector from your mobile-phone to your pc. follow the instructions of the manual/installaztion-cd-rom and ull have pix from ur mobile onto ur desktop in two minutes.
@jennifer: yes, you could even use fifteen year old mobile-phones still today - of course only for actual talking and podssibly text-messages. as long as the batteries still work (rarely with such old devices, same with old laptop-batteries) and if the chip-card (where most of oyur data is beeing stored) fits inbto the phone (which should work too since those chip-cards have a standard-size)
