I realize that this is mainly a TS porn related forum, but please don't base your arguments on the movies. A young boy is dead, and most of us are trying to get a sense of what happened by the available evidence. This is a serious matter and there may be race riots and more people killed because of this incident. The New Black Panther Party is advocating killing Zimmerman and other "crackers." As I think can be seen from my previous posts that I think that is someone physically assaults you then you have the right to defend yourself. Contrary to the opinion of some on this board, the 1st Amendment allows one to question those who are act in a furtive manner (they don't have to respond to you, but neither do they have the right to punch you).
First of movies can be used as evidence that an idea is possibly a widespread one. Seems to me that you operate under the assumption that Zimmeramn was telling the truth. The possibility exists that he was not telling the truth. It would not be the first time that someone lied, who was facing a possible conviction for taking someone's life. And fact people that pre-meditate murder, have often preconcieved an alibi for their actions. Zimmerman reportedly did not go to the hospital, where more official documentation of his injuries were made, until the next day.
This leaves a possible time frame for tampering with hie injuries, as evidence. I'm not saying he did this. I'm only speculating about possiblities. But what really makes me suspicious is that Trayvon went so far to provide Zimmerman with self defense proof, according to what I have heard, about his story. He reportedly, either attacked Zimmerman form behind, or dragged him (the heavier man) from his secured vehicle, then declared verbally his intention to kill him, while assaulting him. This from a kid with no police record, and no record of violence. Zimmerman, who called the police to report a suspcious person, in an area that had had break-ins, then turned his back on Maritn. Or walked back to his vehicle, without looking back a this 'suspicous person'. This does not seem logical to me.
But, I did forget that Trayvonn was photographed raising his middle finger, and/or had a tatoo, or a gold tooth. This is real proof that he intended to kill someone. Fear makes people irrational. It is the root of the cause of this whole incident, (from the law, to the actions of the individuals). There is a Bible verse (in the book of Timothy), that says that "God did not give us the spirit of fear, but of a sound mind,..." It would be wonderful for people to be fighting Fear, instead of being ruled by it. Bad things do happen, but the human race is more populous than ever. This is mathematical proof that there is more love, than there is hate and fear. And I am not kidding, either.
