Anybody who has experience with women born with a vagina - would know the difference between a surgically constructed one. It doesn't matter how good the surgeons skills are. I accept that someone with little experience with woman - or in the circumstances where the post-op woman would keep the lights off and not allow oral, then some naive individuals ... could be fooled.

I agree with YOU! I am against lying, a Post Op shut be up front from the beginning. Let the man make the choice not on deceit. You said a lot of clinical terms, yet the last statement is of no affect because no matter how stem cell research goes, you can't make a man have an Uterus or Fallopian tubes and Ovaries. That's the clinical constitution of a woman and the foundation in order to have a child.
