Basically, it becomes totally pointless to have a nonfunctoning genitalia just "hanging out" there, making some certain things in life difficult, like going to the beach or whatever. Then SRS just becomes more of a "practical" option for even those who didn't want SRS in the first place.

Like I mentioned earlier, even pre-op trans women's orgasms eventually decreases in intensity and pleasure over years of being on hormones due to diminishing testosterone and the amount/volume of ejaculate to the point where it is actually WORK to just get off for a negiligble orgasm.
