I can see the benefits of having an Orchi for sure....

I would possibly consider it as the reading on long terms effects of antiandrogen usage are not to pretty....

MYself I dont plan to go ahead with SRS so the scrotal tissue part would not be an issue..though what does concern me is the potential reaction that people have to an orchi in that not everyone is able to maintain usage of the penis fully afterwards..

I have 2 friends that have had orchis both can get erect when they wish/turned on and both say the ejaculate a clear watery type fluid..

My other friend has no function at all below :(

I dont really much like my balls to be honest, i never have....

But for now i will just keep on with mones :) x

I think the old adage of : "use it or lose it" is most important to remember. I still get hard, either through willpower alone, or when I'm turned on. I jerk off on a regular basis, that probably helps.
