Condolences, thoughts, and prayers go out for each of her loved ones.
NO WAY IN HELL is this guy getting involuntary manslaughter. IM is you weren't paying attention while driving and hit someone in a crosswalk. Manslaughter is you got into a fist fight and the other person dies. You weren't intending to kill them but it was a forseeable potential outcome. The moment he introduced the knife/weapon he escalated to second degree murder. You intended to kill the person but it was more opportunity/situationally motivated. Like a bank robber who comes out shooting at the police or someone impeding his escape. All they have to do is show the murder scene and his goose is cooked. I hope he's likes his prison pals because that's all the sexual affection he's going to be getting for the remainder of his putrid existence.Quote:

(again, I agree there's probably a totally different real truth than what's being put forward).
I guess what I'm saying is that there may be more than one thing to take away from this, one of them being that there can be serious repercussions of getting over/passing too well, and not disclosing.
Just to play Devil's advocate: and what if the defense says he took a look at her, said "you're a man, I'm outta here", she demanded money, a fight broke out. She pulled the knife and he took it away from her and then stabbed her with it? Who's going to dispute it? (unless they have proof it was his knife).Quote:

his 8 year stint sounds like either armed robbery or assault with a deadly weapon. a very bad choice for a client. maybe the gurls should start doing background checks on their prospective clients.
Are there any recent photos of Sanesha, at least remember her in the beauty she reached. Since the papers like to take everything she worked so hard for away by degrading her even more as a he, him, and his.
@Kelly: there is a nice photo of her at tgirltalk. The thread is still open. Yes, clearly there are way too many pronouns in the english language. I suggest only one pronoun to cover everyone.
I nominate "miss thing".Quote:
