More power to her, but i've seen people look worse after surgery and she looks quite attractive and feminine right now.

The last thing you want is that atypical exaggerated 'tranny' face which we've all seen here, on occasion.

I'll give my 2 cents for what it's worth. I get the opportunity to meet a lot of girls and I have to say Luna you are absolutely stunning. No changes needed imo.

No I dont take pressure from anyone unless they are in my actual life..like my family or boyfriend...I dont look down on anyone who does porn..I just want to do other thigns with my life and later on me being in porn might not allow me to do certain things.

My two cents: I'm not exactly sure what "facial feminization surgery" entails or what its potential benefits are. I will say this though. Luna has a very feminine face and is quite striking.
