When I began my transition in 2010 living in San Diego I had an appointment (deposit paid) to have hip injections in TJ but canceled a few days prior. Have you noticed a change in recent years, do fewer girls opt for the more drastic surgeries? It seems to me that as transgender people have become more visibly accepted in society the more natural look has become more popular. Perhaps if Sarina started 10 years later she may have made different choices (and I say choices knowing that others, and the pressures of the business, may have heavily influenced or pressured her).
Shiri Allwood is reverting back? She has cutted her hair and on her twitter she write: "I identify as whatever makes you question your sexuality the most " and often about her I read "femboy". Maybe she's not reverting completely but I think she doesn't define anymore herself a woman
