your so0o right....and he is a loser when i igg him as i do 99% of the time...its makes him soo0o0o mad he texts my work phone alllll the fuckin time and sends me pics i tell him to stop i ask him to plz stop talkin to me...i block him on ever site i can as well...he dont take no for an answer its sad really..i wish i could block his blk ass on here to0

So, basically you're saying everyone should just tuck tail and let Daryl do and say whatever he pleases? This is a forum. Everybody gets to say what they please. More often than not, racism, sexism, low-blow insults, name calling, and fuckin' curse words are allowed. Daryl is only breaking forum rules which aren't enforced.

If the forum mods allow him to harass and attack people, aren't they basically green-lighting us to do the same? Perhaps they've relaxed the rules to drive up forum membership and it's just a matter of time before they 'scour the ranks' and k-line half of the mother fuckers on here.

My point is there's a reason why Daryl hasn't been kicked from HA and if the higher-ups won't take care of it, there's absolutely no reason for the rest of us to hold back on him. Annoyance has it's limits.
