Transsexual who won't see black clients? Racist or Safety Measure?

Jennifer Paris and I were sitting at Sunny's party last night and we both noticed the growing number of African & African-American males attending; it was cool because you hear all of these stories about these so-called friends of girls that post here who don't see African or African-American males but here you had Jennifer saying it was about time, and how she has no preference to color. Very respectable.........

Hearing it from her made me question the dames who turn these guys down. I mean let's be honest alot of the women who play the race card aren't exactly the type of women many of you guys want to be bothered paying for (in the looks dept.).......whatever nationality you are. They spew their racism onto the good looking and/or humble women you DO want to see and then your session sucks due to fear..........gotdayum shame!!!!!!!

There's also another side to this racist bullshit that is never mentioned, sometimes it's mainly based on skintone more so than nationality. The darker the male the more these ugly racist heathens will reject, yet a fairer skinned guy of ethnicity gets a pass because he is deemed "presentable"............

It used to be 'amigay', now it's 'amiblack'?

When setting up appointments on the phone I never know who is black or white or what not. There are a few that fool you, where I am from we call them "Carleton's" but I have seen a few black men in my escort days, who were well mannored, well groomed and very polite. Then I have seen the ghetto ones that can not speak well and try to short change you and that has been the same with ghetto white guys too! I don't think of race when accepting appointments, if your polite and educated on the phone and can speak proper English we will have a good time! When you start shuddering and talking like you are talking to your boys in the hood, is when I have a problem. I grew up around tons of black people, I even attended an all black college, so No reason to be racist. I personally am not attracted to a black man but I sure can show him a good time when he is paying for my time. Majority of the time its black men who hit on me in public anyways! LOL! I am flattered but it's when they act stupid that I get aggravated. I had a regular black client last night come over. I never think of security when people come over, when I start thinking someone can hurt or kill me, it shows on my face. SO I look at every guy coming over as a friend and it works well for me.

I (black male) wasn't raised in a homphobic household! My friends in my black neighborhood were not raised in a homophobic household because they would have criticized every person that was gay. Because my friends CRITICIZED EVERYONE, Stick Lady, Lady in Haunted House, drunk man walking, neighbor that flashed all the boys every morning retrieving the newspaper that was never thrown near her house!!! In my neighborhood, the gay guys I knew were open, but not "flamboyant". They played sports, hide & go seek, two & four square, ring door bell and run, all the fun stuff. And many blacks have family members that are gay (brother, sister, cousin, etc). So, please don't generalize any race for any negativity, except a certain race of drivers!!! :) Just kidding!!!

I have to ask where you grew up? I grew up in Chicago and while there were gay people in our neighborhood that everyone knew was gay...they were tormented and ridiculed. Don't even get me started on how people treated one of them when they learned that he was H.I.V. positive.... It was horrible. I remember being a kid and hearing how they treated him, knowing that I too was "different". So I hid and did my best to melt into the background for fear of being treated the same way.

I am sure kids of every ethnic origin go through these struggles in varying degrees. But based on my experiences black men are the most homophobic. I've seen gay people and transsexual walk down the street and no one says anything to them. But the moment they encounter a group of black men....all hell breaks loose.

I realize that not all black men behave in the same way but I also believe the African American culture is permeated with homophobia. American culture as a whole is homophobic but as an African American...I am more closely connected to the African American Experience.

Chicago's southside in the Beverly\Morgan Park area. Its ok to disagree, I just don't think its fair to generalize. We laughed\giggled when we seen something different, who didn't growing up. But we didn't excessively taunt or bully anyone because we were taught respect. Now we did say "Yo Mama" jokes until you said one that was real or too close to real, which meant: "fight!!!" Our parents worked full-time jobs and you HAD to not only show them respect, but respect of neighbors. Many of the parents in our neighborhood grew-up together, served in the wars together or whatever, so we didn't get away with much when we were being bad!!!

I agree...its ok to disagree. The bottom line is perception is colored by experience. So if we have different experiences, we will have different perceptions. Its nice to have someone who can respond in a manner that is conducive to dialog as opposed to flying off the handle.
