Oh the Gt will hold up better than you think, those gt's proved that back in the 60's when they beat up ferrari at Le Mans. Ford has a long relationship with the British. My 66 mustang's original 289 is holding up just fine, and my f-350 diesel has 500.000 miles on it and is just starting show it's age. Basic maintenance is the key to long engine life. If you don't maintain your car whether it be a honda or toyota or whatever it's going to break down.

The Noble m12 is a FORD Duratec v6 TT
Noble m15 is i think v6 and optional v8 I heard.but again twin Turbo.and under 2500lbs.

How can you compare diesel to gas powered....Diesels are nothing without induction lol But they are beasts.....Newer fords are shit. like Mooostangs etc...whoops 0_o. :D
Anywhere before 1980 Is ok with me. I blame current management at FORD. For producing low qaulity goods.

No i wasn't comparing Diesels with Gas engines, i giving an example about how reliable they are. I like the older mustangs better than new ones, but the new ones are good bang for the money, and are easy modify. My nephew bought a used 94' stang for $6.000 and dropped about $5.000 in mods into it. Now his stang will run 1/4 in the low 11's. Not bad for $11.000.
