I said nothing about banning religion itself. If you wish to believe in God and practice your beliefs, etc. Go ahead. But ORGANIZED RELIGION, the Catholic Church for example, should be shut down and banned. These "official" organizations do nothing but promote hatred and war. You don't need to go to church and listen to some idiot spout hatred every Sunday to be a good Christian. Sit at home and read the bible instead of listening to some guy's views for an hour. The majority of Catholics have never even read the bible and many do not even own one. They simply get all their information from their Sunday gatherings from the priest, not that they do much anyway. They sit there and do some retard ritual, sing the names of the saints, listen to a short speech and go home. Organized religion is nothing but a cancer that is holding back society from gaining world peace. Practice religion on your own time in your own home and be a good person. There is no need to donate your money to an organization that spews hatred and discrimination and promotes war and terrorism. And that is just the Catholic Church. All these other churches and religions cause just as many problems like Islam. Or really good example of why organized religion should be banned, look at the Westboro Baptist Church (God Hates Fags).
You can't fight intolerance with tolerance. If your child calls someone a name, you smack them. You don't let them keep doing it.
