I met the lawyer. The landlord is now a bank, the bank that gave the old landlord a mortgage, so they send their lawyer to represent them.
It ain't something until it's something. But It was just so nice to get those kind of vibes from a young, successful, man who knows my T and does not care.. So there is hope for meeting such a man, for any of us.
What vibes!!!!!!!!!!!
Do tell!
Was it how he gazed into your eyes??
Yes.

Did he rub your leg under the table??
We did not sit at the same table. He is council for the plaintiff and I am the defendant.

Did he give you ANY clue as to HIS interest in YOU???
Yes. All I can say is body language and the tone of his conversation with me. I mean we are on opposite sides of the case. He is not my laywer. He is council for the plaintiff and I am the defendant.

Lawyers and clients go to lunch all the time.
Thats not a conflict of interest.
I mean you are paying him right?
He is council for the plaintiff and I am the defendant.
He is council for the plaintiff and I am the defendant.
He is council for the plaintiff and I am the defendant.
He is council for the plaintiff and I am the defendant.
He is council for the plaintiff and I am the defendant.
That is why there would be a conflict of interest.
Is that crystal clear now?
I can understand why it may not have been clear. I mean who would think I could just go to court represent myself and do a good enough job to force a corporate lawyer to advise his client to cut a deal with me? (People tend to skim when reading boards like this. Then miss details.) Well that's what I did. That was all by email and court filings, never spoke to the guy, never saw the guy until today.
Perhaps I could have made my first post more understandable.
