Anyone else having problems subscribing at OF? From about 10 days ago I have been unable to tip or subscribe to new pages (auto-renew works fine). I completed their latest card verification procedure, but no change. The error message I get is "Transaction could not be processed at this time". Have raised a ticket with them but so far no response.
