A couple of black friends of mine have told me that Puerto Rican's and Mexican's were the most racist of all hispanics groups. You pass white, asian and latinos and nothing is said? Again that's because you haven't been everywhere, you're mostly talking about NYC and Chicago. Walk down the road in my uncle's neighborhood in Louisiana. You would run back to Chicago. Because latinos, asians and blacks are hated equally there. NY and Chicago is a cake walk in comparison. :lol: :lol:

SAomebody telling you and you expierencing it for YOURSELF are 2 different things. I speak on what I have EXPIERENCED. This months Puerto Rican newspaper features an article written about me and my contributions to my community despite being a transwoman. I am Puerto Rican and when I go to my country the men are LOVE, RESPECT and thats it. Even my girlfriend who is incidentally black and lives in Brooklyn pointed out the fact that when we are on the island, she wishes guys in the states would learn from them.

Should we compare the racism and prejudices that transgendered individuals or even puerto ricans have endured compared to blacks, native americans, irish, jews, etc?


Look we're basically saying, don't let personal experiences dictate how you feel about a race. If I let personal experiences dictate my feelings, I would hate everyone. Even black people.
