Thanks for the insight. So it seems more like genetics possibly and maybe when did she start the hormones. Like hypothetically if she started during puberty, she might not be able to produce anything. On the other hand, if she has gone through puberty and does hormones, there’s still a possibility that she could cum normally. In your opinion is it better thicker or thinner?

It's fairly thin, but definitely semen.

She has been on hormones since very young, before puberty I think.
