For those of you in Southern California who knew Jenna and want to participate in services for her there is a visitation scheduled for Wednesday October 27th from 4-8pm with a vigil/rosary service at 6:30pm at the Douglas Family Mortuary at 3363 E -Imperial highway in Lynwood.
There will be a Funeral mass Thursday October 28th 2010 at 9am at St Matthias Catholic church located at 3095 E Florence ave, in Huntington Park
There will be another service, with the internment of her ashes most likely on Monday November 1, but the date is not set yet and there is no word yet as to a time or location. I will update this information as soon as I know more.
Jenna's family, in addition to struggling to deal with this loss are also struggling to deal financially with the sudden painful expense for her funeral. A fund is being set up to permit donations or contributions to assist them with this. I will provide more information as soon as its finalized and certain. Everyone has been considerate towards her memory and generous with their sympathy and condolences in this thread. Any consideration or generosity that anyone can offer will be gratefully accepted and greatly appreciated.
A memorial service/fund raiser is also being organized to take place at one of the LA clubs, I will post details for it as soon as I have them.
Buddy Wood has very generously offered the door money for this Thursday's T Party at the Blue Moon to help the family, and dancers there, including Domino Presley and Britney Markham are donating their dancing money to help as well. If anyone ever needed any additional motivation to come out and join in there, this would be it.
If anyone has any pictures they may have taken of or with Jenna, at events or in public, please send them to me and I will see that they get to her family.
