What War Machine did was disgusting. A person should not hit another person. The images are very sickening as Christy's face is very swollen.
Jaime, I think you missed the ball on this one a tad bit. War Machine is a repeat offender. There are stories about him assaulting former pornstar Alanah Rae at a pornstar's birthday party. 1) She wasn't looking to get beaten. She held out hope that people are basically good at their core. If anything she was punished for her optimism. I've been there there. Many of us have. NO blame falls on our shoulders for getting physically assaulted no matter how highly you think of your opinion. Full disclosure: I've been on the 'giving' end of physical altercations and there is NO excuse for my behavior whatsoever no matter how I've tried to rationalize it. A villain is a villain is a villain, and I've certainly played the part at various points in my life.
2) Nobody mentions good guys cause they are already busy mentioning themselves.
Truly good people of ANY gender never mention their status as 'good guys', they don't have to. They aren't seeking rewards, points or pats on the back. They are just naturally awesome. Their actions speak clearly enough.
(These are the same people who don't have problems finding dates and entering into long term relationships.)

That's not completely true. My best friend and me are living testimonies of good guys having problems finding women. We're both educated and looking to start our careers. We're not bad looking. We don't kiss ass like a nice guy. We don't act like an asshole like the bad boy. However, we're both black and being the good black guy is seen as weak.

That outlook is the only thing you've expressed that's weak. You keep playing the Poor Me card and you will truly be forever alone. Get out of your own head, get out into the world and separate your identity from your immediate cultural surroundings. Worry about your personal goals, stay invested. It'll make you interesting. People will want to be around you. Being with a person should NEVER be seen as an end goal. That shit won't get you anywhere. Worry about yourself first, all else will follow. Pairing up with someone is a natural and eventual biological imperative, that is, until you unnaturally turn it into a conquest.
If you're going to listen to anybody about this subject, listen to me. I'm proof positive of everything I'm ranting about.
Trust me. As much as I love being left alone to live inside my own head, I can't keep people away from me. I'm always in a LTR and it's not by design... I'm weird, cynical, and only attractive from about 3 different angles but above all else, I'm interesting, ambitious, motivated and I put back into the world rather than just consume.

I am focused on myself and not expecting pity. I'm living my life and working on goals. That doesn't mean that someone will fall for me. It's a part of life. It's not a big deal to me because I'm still enjoying the other aspects in life. I only live for myself and of course I love my loved ones. However, they don't run my life.
I see a lot of people forcing relationships when they don't belong together. My best friend's last relationship ended very badly. They weren't naturally connected to each other. They tried to make it work because of the sex, but they were not compatible in every other area in a relationship.

A big thing - DO NOT TRY AND POSSESS PEOPLE or BE A CONQUEST - be self assured enough that you do not need to control her or be jealous of her every move. She will show you that you are her man and will really appreciate you value her as her.
