I agree with you. The man was something of a folk hero. He died in a strange way in a city, while friendly to Americans, is known for its sex industry. He may have been murdered. Obviously this shouldn't push more important news off the headlines, but I don't think it's a non-story.

I know that's not exactly the Chicago Tribune reporting there.... but still once that suggestion is out there it' will never die. I'll bet there will always be some people who will believe he was killed by "lady boys".

I've seen a Ladyboy break a Sailors jaw and another one last 3 rounds with a Force Recon Marine before her trainer threw in the towel. Some of them are no joke. And a lot of guys will be hesitant before tangling with them because they don't want to draw blood or get fingernails dug in for fear of diseases. That's the undoing.

You make it sound like ladyboys are incapable of doing this.He could have been murdered for any number of reasons,including by ladyboys.

Of course he could have been murdered by some transsexuals. However transsexuals being a minority and "other" are prime for scape goating. I'm saying some guy could confess to this and have a video tape of him self doing it.... but there would still be some who would think TS's were involved.
