We (Mistresses and Masters) only ever seek to provide healthful administrations: good for whatever ails you:
Not many vitamins (some vitamen C) mainly fructose, water, citric acid, some proteins, few enzymes and zinc. Only about 5 cal per teaspoon and if you are lucky 500 million littlespermatozoa.
But still good for you.
