Valentijn de Hingh is a 21 years old Dutch model. She was filmed for 9 years since she was around 8 and the footage was used in a document showing her growing up as a transgender person. The document can be found on YouTube, however it seems to be only available in Dutch. (Any Dutch speakers here willing to make a translation? Pretty please!)

She underwent her surgery around year 2007, shortly after the document was aired on TV.
