Honestly, you don't carry any credibility to make such a judgement. There have been studies that show that actual transsexual's brain matches that of a genetic female. Sure, it was only one study, but its more evidence than anything else that is available. It is 100% possible that actual transsexuals have a female brain in a male body. There are other conditions that are physically visible that show you that sometimes the gender or sex someone was born as isn't always going to be normal. This is clear by just looking at people who are inter-sexed. There is really not enough information out there that says transsexuality isn't or is just a birth defect. However, it is extremely clear that what we feel is real. This is a condition that people will end their life over if they can't have their body in congruence with their mind. I wouldn't doubt that an extremely high population of transsexuals would consider ending their life if all the sudden they were forced to be a man. There are some that already do it. In all honesty, I rather of been born female than been born trans. I don't like being trans. It isn't an easy life. The medication we take shortens our life span and people hate us just because of who we are. I wouldn't say I hate any part of myself...But I am certainly not happy with the body I was born with. I could see why someone would hate parts of their body though. I have at one time in my life, but I didn't have the money to get SRS before I got in to porn. I still don't.
