Yeah I almost called that guy a moron. But did you read his post? It was moronic to say the least.
I'm actually not angry at all - I just have a strong opinion about this issue. I know that in America circumcision is considered preferable, but in England it is only really performed for religious reasons (which I also think is pretty dumb).
The point I'm making is simply that there are lots of factors involved in the aesthetic appearance of a cock. It is not right to say cut looks better than uncut - That is an incorrect generalisation. I said before that it is sometimes the case, but that isn't a good enough reason to inflict unnecessary surgical procedures on infant children!
You are clearly very beautiful Amy, so there's no need to get defensive because I used your pic - if you cannot accept that there are more attractive people in the world (or people who have a few specific body parts more visually pleasing than you) then maybe you shouldn't get naked for a living?
"The National Institute of Mental Health spent $823,200 of the 2008 economic stimulus money on a UCLA research team. What were they studying? They were researching how to teach uncircumcised men in Africa how to wash their penis and genitals after having sex. You paid for that penis wash with your tax money." - Luke Connor, We Didn't start The Fire

So you are equating decisions like
- What clothes to buy for the child
- What school to send the child to
- What kind of entertainment to get for the child's birthday party
to a decision about an unalterable arbitrary cosmetic surgery that will affect the child for the rest of his life?
Brilliant!
I am not getting defensive. All I did was give my opinion and you were clearly so upset with it that you felt the need try and demean me, which is fine as I really don't care what you think about anything. I am just saying you're whole argument about visual appeal is subjective and really doesn't matter to anyone but yourself. What you think is not appealing, there are TONS of people who disagree. Who is right here? You or people who disagree with you? You can't really say since there is no right or wrong when it comes to subjective topics such as visual appeal for example.
WTF?
You are the one who said cut cocks are more visually appealing. All he did was say that that is a highly subjective point. Then he showed some pictures which showed that one cut cock in particular (yours) is much less visually appealing than some other uncut cocks.
Then you got all offended, I guess because he said your dick is ugly. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you though. Your greatest asset is your face, absolutely cute as a button, not your dick, which is nothing to write home about.
I think Amy Daly has a beautiful cock, a beautiful face and absolutely gorgeous natural breasts. Please Amy, don't even think about implants.
Well dgs925 got here before me, but I'll respond anyway.
I completely agree that visual appeal is subjective. In fact that is exactly what I've been saying! And I never said anything good or bad about your penis, I simply posted a picture. I did not intend to demean you in any way (you only need to put your name into google to see your penis).
But as we've now established the subjectivity of the visual argument in favour of circumcision, where does that leave us in regard to your earlier comments? It seems you've made a bit of a U-turn...
What the heck did you need a second one done for? Usually one's enough.
This topic reminds me of a list of reasons people circ'd their baby boy. And there were plenty.
In fact, here it is: http://www.circumstitions.com/Stitions&refs.html
I fully understood that you were only speaking opinions at us, that is why I was able to disagree. lol
But seriously if you just spend a second looking at a reliable source of information (i.e unbiased), you will quickly discover that there are actually no accepted medical benefits for routine circumcision.
The only reasons are either cosmetic, religious, or ill-informed...
And they are not good enough! So although your preference is cut (because you think it looks nicer) - how can that alone justify the universal act of circumcision?

I won't believe Yasmin's been circumsised until someone posts proof in the form of a picture!
Of course in your list of examples you failed to mention:
The parents 5 year old child was in an auto accident. The doctors have declared the child brain dead with no hope of recovery. The parents must decide what further treatment should be given their child. I would say that qualifies as affecting the child the rest of his /her life.
Um, don't really know where you are going with that argument.
Think of it this way: You wouldn't, in this day and age, allow parents to give their infants face tattoos would you? No rational person would agree with that. At the very least, you would want the child to be old enough to say "I want a face tattoo". I think circumcision is equivalent to that.
I had some trouble with the foreskin a few years back. It once got trapped around my bellend when I was shagging a girl I met in the pub. She was on top and was riding me like a grand national winner. You know when you take your dogs to the vets and they give it one of those plastic things to put around it's neck, well thats how my foreskin looked around my cock. It hurt like hell,I couldn't roll it back for the life of me.
So I got driven up the hospital. I then had to have it 'reduced' and it's true what they say about nurses. I kept having nurses walking in they were saying they were 'checking on me' ,but there was far too many ,and a few laughed.I got the impression a lot of this started because they heard where I work, several of my mates are with nurses. Anyway ,the 'reduction' was done by the gayest male doctor I have ever seen. He managed to roll my foreskin back ,but it was very painful and he said 'ooh you big baby'. And then he gave me a testicle exam while I was there, and there was nothing wrong with my balls. He just wanted to have a feel the big poof.
He told me ,this would happen again, unless I was circumcised, but I didn't want to have a jew cock, so I went to a private urologist who referred me to a plastic surgeon who managed to retain most of my foreskin. Basically my cock was too big for the foreskin.
Anyway, circumcision, should be a mans or a trannies choice. I have no problem with someone getting it done like in yasmin case or if someone has it done for medical reasons or religious reasons as an adult. However, like in my case,it should be their decision how they deal with it. I do not agree with parents doing it to their babies even for religious reasons as an adult and I would ban it , because basically it is purely cosmetic and in a minority of cases there are complications, some quite serious ones .If someone wants one done for whatever reason they can opt for it at 18. When they can make an informed choice.
Yes that is one of those biased sites I warned against earlier Dbev. The 'Argument & rebuttal' layout should have given you a bit of a clue lol.
Only a complete fool would accept information on that site over the BBC health link I suggested...
Glad she got rid of that mudflap. Now she's perfect.
Amy - When did you get circumcised?
What a thing to bicker about!
Did Yasmin ever comment on how it felt afterwards?
