Look, I'm not knocking any of the TVs here, but it's just a fact that tgirls approach or even have real feminine curves only through the use of hormones. It's something no dieting or clothes can make real.

So, it's a rare sight where you get a tgirl who is not using hormones being more attractive than a tgirl who is. They'd have to be blessed with naturally feminine characteristics, incredibly slim, virtually no body and facial hair and to have all of that and be a TV is highly unusual.

This is no debate. The TS/TG will almost always be more attractive than a TV, since they'll have curves the TV won't.
