Yeah stress, anger, and anxiety definitely kills it for me, and it really sucks. You try not to think about whatever is stressing you out, but then (for me anyway) it just makes me think about it. And forcing a boner is like trying to will myself to sleep, I just can't do it. So I've got to try deep breathing, maybe do something that makes me laugh, and sometimes that helps.

Losing 12 pounds helped my libido big time.

Jazz clubs & outdoor concerts (summer) are great place to meet over 35+ women whom have dumped the mind games of the 20s. Heck, I met at interesting lady about a year ago at an outdoor coffee event (had a live jazz band though) :cool:

i hear you.....i'm about to cross 40....and shit i look better than i did when i was 30....stronger......smarter....better paid......in better shape....but freaked the fuck out that i'm going to cross 40...and be one of those single guys....you know the one...all his friends are married or married with kids...and there he is in his sports car....fuck i already drive a BMW so i'm almost there i guess? Off topic,...last time I had my car at the dealer, I was looking at the un-affordable Maybach. One of the guys that I was talking with said he drove a BMW...so I told him "that's blasphemy!"

But then he said he used to work at BMW before Mercedes....:wink:

I hear you bud. I had a ten year streak of going out to clubs and trying to date mentally challenged women who wrecked me emotionally. It burned me out. Add on top a good friend borrowing a pile of money then come find out he's an addict who lost his job and car. Then breaks into my house couple times. Then when he gets arrested and I'm about ready to sue him for money, he ends up stroking out and dies while on bail. That stress definitely destroys libido and caused some other permanent health issues. All the rest of friends are married to with kids in high school. I past 40 a couple years ago. But it's not the end of the world. I've started some new things lately.
