I wonder how many CIS-women have a penis envy strong enough to permanently attach a biological penis to their body. I think they are few and far between.

I think it could be a hit among TS-men though, today they their options are limited to a really small penis with some degree of erectile function or a larger penis with no erectile function what so ever

However, the biggest market would most likely be CIS-men who wants an upgrade.

I agree that in the future Trans Girls will be heavily idolised in the mainstream. The sheer number of T Girls around now is unquantifiable from say 15 years ago.. Before you had to be in Soho or Edgware Road to maybe pass one such girl in the street. Now i see Trans girls all the time, everywhere. I even saw someone i saw in an escort ad at a local bar/club and noticed her (not that it was her) as soon as she walked in...best looking chick in the joint. I said to my mate how stunning she was, he told me carefull mate, she got balls... Then when she passed me i saw that it was someone i had earmarked seeing... Trans women are beautiful... its only an admittance that needs to happen in modern culture, thats all.

You know? You're absolutely right. People say we are where gays where 25 years ago, but I don't think that's true. When you consider that children are now being allowed to transition, society is becoming overall more tolerant at a much faster pace than during previous movements, and most of the lines around sexuality and gender have really already been blurring for 50+ years... and then add the internet...

I predict majority acceptance within five years and complete acceptance within a generation.

Scientific peer-reviewed reports say transgender women are simply in the wrong body. There are structural differences in the brain of a trans-person, often aligning to that of their gender identity, when compared to the brain of a non-trans person.

When it comes to hormone replacements, a trans-women at least becomes a woman phenotypically. There are also natural born males and females with the chromosomes of the opposite gender which should make us realize that genetics isn't the be all and end all for defining gender.
