Re: Porn industry moves from LA to Vegas due to condom requirement...
I can't predict what Las Vegas police would do if porn is shot in their city, but I do know that Vegas police cracks down on prostitution there.
If most of the talent relocates to Vegas, I will be depressed.
Good going AIDS Healthcare Foundation and L.A. City Council! You sure know how to chase people away!
Plus 75% of Hollywood film production is also done out of state as well. Not good at all.

Prostitution is NOT legal in Las Vegas. The reporter claimed it was and Chanel Preston did not challenge the statement.
This is probably true but I do believe it was decriminalized a very long time ago.

Nope, not true. Vegas police are aware that many tourists have a false impression that prostitution is legal in Vegas just because it's legal in the rural counties so they're trying to get the message out that it's illegal in Vegas. Same with Reno. Police are known to do busts in hotel rooms.

Ridiculous statement.
Where do you get your information from? You are just like the naïve tourist that comes to Las Vegas and gets busted for stupid behavior.
Re: Porn industry moves from LA to Vegas due to condom requirement...
Prostitution is legal in all counties except Washoe and Clark...the two counties that house Reno and Las Vegas. I believe it's also illegal in Carson City, which isn't in any county.

Ben is correct, prostitution is not legal in Las Vegas or Reno. I do know that Carson City has brothels close by, but not sure if they are in the same jurisdiction.
With that said, police enforce it on the obvious ones and occasionally do stings here and there, but a lot of working girls are out there on any given night. But why are they discussing prostitution and porn anyway? I know many of the stars escort on the side, but the studios don't have anything to do with that do they? I doubt the studios give two shits what the girls do when off set, as long as they show up on time and do a good job.
