Buttocks Augmentation Brazil
BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT AUGMENTATION WHITH POLYMETHYLMETACRYLATE
Bioplasty of gluteal
Bioplasty for buttock augmentation can reshape, increase the volume, and lift the buttocks. The results are that of more harmonious buttocks, with the desired shape and volume, and a better and perkier appearance. Candidates for the Brazilian Butt Lift include those with flattened buttocks or small glutes that are disproportionate in regards to corporal harmony.
Trochanteric depressions (on the sides of the buttock) are other unfavorable aspects of the female glutes that can be easily filled through the use of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) – liquid implant used for bioplasty. This makes the overall look of the bottom more round and feminine.
Material for the procedure for increase of the glúteos with the Bioplasty of the buttocks:
- antiseptic solution;
- pen for demarcation;
- poker cable;
- he/she holes for us to perforate the access for the microcânulas;
- carpule;
- anesthetic - as xilocaína 2% without vasoconstritor;
- stem for anesthesia;
- pistol Injetora;
- support;
- microcânula 50x09;
- PMMA 30% (very larger amounts - about 80-150 ml. for glúteos), for this procedure it would be more appropriate the acquisition of PMMA in syringes of 3 ml.
As the Bioplasty of the butt (buttocks augmentation) is accomplished
- cleaning of the skin of the buttocks;
- With the seating patient and straight column we make one of the demarcations in the support line;
- we numbered each glúteo inside with 4 quadrants of the demarcation with the mold;
- Antisepsis of the place;
- Placement of sterile fields.
Each gluteal will be introduced the microcânula by a single minimum hole without bleeding nor need of curatives, it works as an injection!!! This micro cannula (tube) possesses a tip atraumatic that doesn't allow lesion of the vasculo-nervous bunch.
The anesthesia for the accomplishment of the Bioplasty of the buttocks is accomplished with the stem of Nácul introducing a tubete of local anesthetic in each quadrant, or still a solution of Klein numbered to order the procedure.
After anesthesia we introduced the micro cannula 50X09 with PMMA to 30% in the point N in each gluteal.
The amount of liquid implant for the Bioplasty of the buttocks varies according to indication, for great amounts we accomplished the procedure in stages, a reasonable amount for first application is among 80 - 150 ml. for gluteal, divided equally for each quadrant.
The Bioplasty of the buttocks, provides an excellent definitive and homogeneous result, without operative and painless powders, the patient is awake during the whole Bioplasty of the buttocks, the increase gluteal feels for the implantation for micro cannulas atraumáticas of Polimetilmetacrilato, definitive implant that increases the volume of the buttocks (butt) in minutes. Come to accomplish the Bioplasty of the buttocks.

The Bioplasty of the buttocks is a safe procedure and no surgical, where we received here in Brazil patient of several places of the world that you/they dream about a clang more led with a harmonicer format. This procedure has also been accomplished in many men that try to improve the harmony of the buttocks.
With the bioplasty we can make the buttocks augmentation whithout cuts, we can give the shape of them, augmenting and remodeling the buttocks. Many indications of application of the bioplasty in the buttocks exist, as flattened format, small glúteos, desproporcional in the corporal harmony. Depression (in the lateral of the buttocks) is aspect that is ugly in a feminine glúteo, being able to be easily filled with use of polymethylmetacrylate (implantation that we use in the bioplasty), becoming it thus a more feminine and rounded off buttocks.
Bioplasty is one technique of infiltrative liquid implantation being carried through under local anesthesia for buttocks augmentation, muscular groups, increase of legs, correction of nose, face, wrinkle and depressions. The product usually used is the PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate microspheres)a product that is accepted biologically and that has been used in medicine since 1945, being this an implantation with definitive result. The patient folloies all the procedure that is carried without any cuts and without the need of sutures, through a no traumatic special microcannula (she does not allow to injury of the beam vascular and nerve).

Silicone injections could not be worse as a choice for buttock
augmentation. Use of silicone for buttock augmentation is NOT approved
by the FDA. In most cases, the type of silicone used is not even
medical grade. I have personally seen and operated on patients with
horrible complications from this treatment. Many of my colleagues have
the same experience.
For the best results with buttock augmentation I recommend fat
transfer. This is commonly known as the Brazillian Butt Lift. It
involves liposuction of your body (usually tummy, hips and love
handles) and transferring that fat into the buttocks. The results are
a very natural looking and feeling augmentation.
I hope this info helps!

Whatever Happened to Silicone Injections?
Posted on April 1, 2011 by Terry Zimmerman, MD, FACS
http://thezimmermancentersacramento....pg?w=210&h=158Even though silicone injections are illegal in the US, many women still get them—knowingly or unknowingly—in their pursuit of beauty. I’m willing to bet that if you asked five of your friends if silicone injections can be used to augment anything—to plump up the lips, round out the buttocks, fill in wrinkles on the face or the backs of the hands—at least three of them would say “yes.” Although liquid silicone is often used off-label or on the black market by unqualified providers, it’s not FDA approved for any those purposes.
Back in the 1950′s, silicone injections were used as breast augmentation material. However, they were banned when it was discovered that the injections caused deformities, lumps, bumps and infections. Today, silicone injections are approved by the FDA only as micro-droplet injections for scar tissue. Another challenge of silicone (just in case the risk of deformity and infection isn’t enough) is that silicone doesn’t adapt well with aging. As the facial area, for example, ages and begins to sag, the silicone remains firm and begins to stick out–resulting in a deformed appearance. Although the dermal fillers I use in my Folsom/Sacramento plastic surgery practice, such as Juvederm, Restylane and Sculptra Aesthetic, are fairly long-lasting, none of them will ever last long enough to create an odd appearance as a user ages.
http://i678.photobucket.com/albums/v...erSilicone.jpgFor those individuals who have been injected with silicone, there’s only one way to reverse the damage, and that’s with surgical removal of the silicone implants or injected material. I’m sure you know who Priscilla Presley is. She had huge amounts of silicone plumped into various areas of her face, resulting in near-distortion. Unfortunately, there’s little that can be done for her, as removing it now would create an even worse result. Lisa Rinna had silicone injected into her lips back in the 80′s. She was able to have her silicone removed, unlike Priscilla Presley.
Although the effect of silicone on one’s appearance can be disastrous, injected silicone possesses a lethal risk, as it can move through the blood steam and cause a clot in the lungs, which can potentially be fatal.
Don’t risk your health and safety for beauty. Know what’s being injected into your body. Better yet, stick with a board-certified plastic surgeon for your skin care and facial treatments.
To your health & beauty,
Dr. Terry Zimmerman

British girl dies
in US buttock op
A BRITISH girl has died after having bottom implants fitted - in a US motel room.
Claudia Aderotimi collapsed with chest pains after being injected with silicone at the Hampton Inn in Philadelphia.
Hip hop fan Claudia, 20, of London, died in hospital on Monday. Police are hunting "specialists" who carried out the buttock-enhancing op - it is believed the meeting was agreed over the internet.
Court papers state Ms Aderotimi had flown to the US with three other friends from the UK on Saturday.
DO you know Claudia Aderotimi? Call us on 020 7782 4100 or emailexclusive@the-sun.co.uk
She suffered medical complications after the procedure - although the results of a post-mortem examination by the Delaware County medical examiner's office have not been released.
Detective Tanya Little of the Philadelphia Police Department confirmed: "There is an investigation into the death of a British tourist who died after receiving a procedure at a local hotel."
One of the women had had buttock enlargement in Philadelphia last November and took three pals to receive the same implant in hotel rooms this week, court documents add.

Eyevine
Lieutenant John Walker, of the Philadelphia police said: "We're not quite sure right now if that person performing that procedure is licensed or unlicensed."
"We're still working that information right now."
Sources said two of the girls were injected on Monday afternoon at the inn, near Philadelphia International Airport.
The procedure costs between £620 and £1,865 per session. Sources say another woman paid £1,120 for hip enhancement.
Shortly after the injections, in room 425 at the hotel, Ms Aderotimi complained of chest pains and was rushed to the local hospital.
The female "surgeon" who carried out the implants left when Claudia began feeling ill, sources told a local news station.
The initial cause of death is said to be silicone injected into her vascular system, ultimately stopping her heart, according to the Delaware County medical examiner.
The other three women are expected to remain in Philadelphia for several days while authorities investigate.

Butt Fill Injections - Silicone, Hydrogel, Valvoline
The law defines what local doctors would do under similar circumstances as the Standard of Professional Practice. For malpractice to occur, a doctor needs to do something that is totally different from what his colleagues would do ( IE deviation from this local standard) AND for that breach to have resulted in an injury.
Since butt injection of NON-FDA approved substances is NOT practiced by most doctors (in most communities in this country) that would constitute a deviation from the standard of care and you sound as if you have a resulting injury. So in theory you may have a malpractice case.
But it would be hard for you to collect anything. The reasons - in most of these cases the injections are done by non-licensed practitioners, who are uninsured in hotel rooms / homes and "pump partis" and it would be hard to convince a jury that you did not really know that your buttocks injections were not really a conventional treatment.
By the way, removal of silicone scars is VERY hard and would leave depressed scars. In effect you will be changing one deformity for another.
If it sounds too good to be true...

Hydrogel Butt Injections
I was interested in enhancing my butt but I don't want surgery or anesthesia. I was looking on line and found something called Hydrogel injections but its hard to find a surgeon who does this. Is this an effective way to augment the butt area, and where is it available (in the northeast)?

Don't even think about it!
Material other than your own fat can be dangerous to your health. This is a terrible procedure. Enhance your front not your back. Some one needs to develope padded shorts.

Hydrogel butt injections are extremely dangerous and illegal to inject in the US. Not FDA approved.
Many patients call our office asking for the hydrogel injections. There isn't any safe or legal ways to increase butt size without surgery. Brazilan butt lift used your own fat cells to enhance the butt. The abdomen is liposuctioned and the fat is used in the butt. If you are still considering PMMA or hydrogel injections, think twice about what you are injecting into your body. If you are against having surgery, forget about any butt procedures. ... more

Hydrogel Injections
These injuections are not approved by the FDA in the US. Be very careful about getting something like this done or who you have doing it to you. There have been some cases that have caused renal failure and have lead to death due to silicone butt injections.

Artifical filler for butt augmentation
I do not recommend Hydrogel butt injections because autologous fat is much superior and has fewer side effects and can be a permanent solution if done correctly.

Hydrogel not available for Buttock Enhancement in the US
Hydrogel is not avialble in the US. Even if you can find medical grade hydrogel (Aquamid) to inject into the buttock it will cost several thousands of $ to inject 300-500 cc in each buttock. The safety of hydrogel is not fully known yet.

Run away as fast as you can! There are now many reports of people experiencing terrible complications, including kidney failure and death from the injection of "hydrogel" into their buttocks. The accepted and safe methods of achieving buttock augmentation are grafting your own fat into the buttocks, and using implants. Both require a minor surgical procedure and should be performed by a surgeon certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. Be careful with your health and... more

I would be very careful about this stuff, and who you go to. This is not an approved procedure, and could be harmful or fatal. I saw one report of a woman who had silicone injected into her buttocks and she died due to silicone embolism. Be sure to only go to a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. sek

Look for alternatives to hydrogel for butt augmentation
There are really no cost effective and safe alternatives to fat grafting. The fillers we use in the face would in theory work, but would be extremely expensive and temporary. Other fillers(silicone, Hydrogel-Aquamid, PMMA, etc) have been associated with MANY complications after injection, even months to years later, resulting in pain and severe deformity. If you search these products on this site or click on their name in my post here, you can read about the experiences of some other... more

Avoid hydrogel injections into the butt
While it may sound appealing to beta gel injected into your butt and avoid surgery... However you need to realize. That this is not done by reputable surgeons because of the horrific complications that come from this procedure.
