First off sweetie I hope that this heals quickly and doesn't lead to
any further complications.

I actually have had similiar symptoms though not as pronounced and
from different causes.

From time to time if I am in tight garments, jeans, etc. and if I sit
on something hard, I can end up with boils or abcesses in the region
you outlined, and there may be some fluid accumulation.

And tucking and or wearing tight panties can lead to urinary tract infections.

So at night I make sure I don't wear panties, and I let the coochie breathe. :oops:
