this person obviously doesn't care about herself and much less anyone she sleeps with.

In dating TS women, I can see strong differences sexually when they get off hormones. Not that I'm just basing this off of this one girl but the last girl I dated had a real healthy sex appetite but the times where she got too far off her hormones she would be a lot more insatiable, freaky, and adventurous. On hormones, she was more seductive, off hormones she was more likely to throw me on the bed and jump me. It was a good mix. I liked both. Another example, that more of us have seen would be the cute girl on Transgeneration. She said that not being on hormones almost clouded her mind and effected her grades because she thought about sex so much more. Once she got back on her hormones she felt like she could concentrate better on her school work.
Again, I'm not saying that this proves anything but it is food for thought.
You take a young person that is genetically male and you will see the effects of testosterone. Young males often can freaking be idiots when it comes to busting a nut and being trangendered doesn't lessen that tendency.
I think it could be a cool study for some academic types.
