Question about breast augmentation.

Hi Julie - I'm planning to get implants soon, hopefully DD's - and I thought I'd done my homework... but this is the first I've heard of the double bubble.

Can you tell me, were your implants put under the muscle or not? And woudl that make a difference in the risk of a dbl bbl?

And what if anything did the Dr. do different to avoid it a third time?

Yes mine are under the muscle. Personally I think it’s the best way to go. I wanted mine to look and feel natural. I had them done through a crease incision. I think you can get the best placement and in return have the most natural look through this technique, if they are done correctly. Therefore I would never go with a nipple incision, the belly button or the underarm.

The first set I had looked great for about the 1st 2 months. Then they dropped or settled in and settled too low. The implant always starts out higher and falls in place a month or so after surgery. I was living in MN at the time. The cost was $4,800.00 for the breasts, then I also a fat graft done to my upper lip at the same time. All afforded thanks to my sugar daddy at the time, lol. He was interesting guy lol, picture Uncle Jesse for the old show The Dukes of Hazards. He was this simple guy who lived up North in MN, a country guy. He just inherited a few million dollars and being so small town and simple, he didn’t know what to do with it. Long story short I felt obligated to help figure out where to put his money to good use.

The doctor I chose I thought was good. He did a few of my friend’s boobs all around the same time. They all had the same results, over time their implants bottomed out also. After living with the double bubble for about a yr I went in to have them redone. I went to him again and he promised that they would turn out better this time around. I had a good friend at the time who was a stripper, a GG. She had these beach ball super fake looking tits, and I liked the look. So I told him I wanted them bigger and I wanted them to have a real fake look to them, the super rounded look. They were 36DDD and I am tall but have a smaller frame. They were too big for my body and if I wore anything loose they just made me look fat. That set bottomed out also, it took a lot longer this time, about 6 months.

Then I decided to go with another doctor when I went in for my 3rd set. It was actually his associate. He had done a few things on my on my face before so I already had a repor with him. He kind of had a thing for me. He never came out and said it but he would talk to me and put his hand on my knee and tell me how attractive I was and all that stuff. So he told me (with his hand on my knee lol) that he would take good care of me, and he would do my implants at cost. He only charged me the cost of the implants themselves. I forget what it was, maybe 1,500.00 or so? That is the set I have now, and they are perfect. Look and feel wonderful. I get told all the time by guys and clients “I can’t believe these are implants”, so with that said I achieved my boob goal, lol.

If I were to ever have them done again I might go a little smaller, and if I did I would fly back to MN and go back to him. I am between a 36D and DD now. They are large and because of the size it’s hard to find clothes that fit properly. Yes I am an escort but I don’t dress like one in my day to day life, lol. If I want to buy something button down I have to buy a something larger than normal, then it’s too big in my waist area.

Also a friend of mine just had hers done by Dr. Menard in Canada, the one who does SRS. Hers look horrid. They are so far apart you could throw a football between them and talk about double bubble. It all depends on the surgeon.

I actually had a difficult time when i did my breasts, It was difficult beacause the hormones never gave me any flesh or (knots) as we say. It gave me shape and other femmeine attributes , but as far as my breast were involved "Nothing" When i went to go see the plastic surgen,, i had in mind what size i wanted ,, which was a "C" cup.. but unfortunately i had to settle for a"B+" , he said if i was going to get a c they woud look very odd and bad. Also due to my small nipples he had to insert them through my armpits, which was great, cause no visable scarring. Am i happy with the results,, now, "yes" but when i got them 7 years ago, i was very depressed for a at least 7 months, and he warned me,, they are not going to look the way you want right away. they will fall into place,, and hes right they did.

Hi Julie - thank you so much for your detailed comments. It helps me and I'm sure will help others.

And yes, I agree with the football look - or the ones that make your nipples stick out to the sides. That is what scares me. I've heard that is more prevelant with the armpit insertion.

I'm pretty much sold on the under the breast incision - done correctly and your comments pretty much confirm it.

Especially as I want to go as large as I can carry without a stretched look. I want DD's - from a large B. Definately silicone.

I had mine inserted thru the armpit, but under the muscle, I didnt want any visable scar on my breasts. I had difficulties finding a Dr in Milwaukee that I trusted for the Procedure, so I had them done in Dayton OH. I love the way they look and feel, but they still havent dropped. I had them done june 06( 850cc R and 900 L) from a A cup to DDD.

Julie, they're the most real looking set of tits I've ever seen, ts or not. You make Posh Spice look like she's smuggling grapefruits!

one thing I notice is that when some girls get implants, they just look like half balls glued to a flat chest,they dont even sag an inch.

that can be very unnatural and unappealing, and I always thought that could be solved by inserting a larger implant and after the muscle and skin had stretched replacing the implant with the desired size, giving a more natural look.

has anyone heard of this?
