It's basically impossible for the girls to get a visa to visit the USA. The US consulates are very tough on the visa application process, and they generally weed out, very quickly, anyone who can't show regular legal income and a reason to return to Brazil (husband, kid, full-time job) -- and also who happens to be a young, pretty girl (or TS, I imagine). The fear (rightfully so) is that the visa applicant will stay in the USA and/or work in the USA. Even my friend's 26 year-old receptionist got denied, and she has a full-time job ... just single and good looking.
