The reason Bush couldn't get the job done is because of Rahm Emanuel - he had military men working as intelligence..

Where the president has the authority to put people in charge, this is done after consulting advisors who specialize in that respective field. So what you're really saying is that Obama had the smarts to listen to his advisors, which is typically the case with presidents. Let's keep it honest.
