...that is my assumption as well...evidently, those little scratches are the bare minimum required in order to comply with their censorship regulations, which always struck me as odd since they seem to have no problem w/ the portrayal of obviously underage schoolgirls in various stages of undress engaging in all manner of nefarious activities w/ men, each other and even the occasional furry beast or alien tentacle....stuff which would win you an instant jail sentence here in the States.
