Geezzz if I ever went to Thailand I would nvr come home.

I've narrowed it down to either Pattaya or Phuket myself. Bangkok seems to be a getting a little overcrowded and expensive, according to some folks.

BKK isn`t overcrowded in the last time. Go to Nana Plaza, there so many LB-Bars like Casanova, Cascades, Temptations or my favorite Bar Obsessions with nearly 100 LBs and with so amazing and beautiful girls there. Or visit Guess Bar before it`s moving. Or visiting Patpong in BKK.
OK, you have to pay (a little bit) more there, but the more gorgeous girls are in BKK. And the hotels in Suhkumvit Road, near Nana Plaza are mostly good and not more expensive than in Pattaya.
And Pattaya isn`t to far away from BKK, why not visit both places and make your own experience about what you prefer after.
BTW: For some years there I had done the same visting Phuket, than Pattaya, and at least BKK. But since I know what be in BKK there is my first stop in Thailand always BKK.

Okay as you may or may not have read I advise strongly against picking up street girls.Sticking to bar girls is much safer.That being said most bar girls follow the bars "dress theme" of the day,so when you go in to Cascades for example all the girls will be dressed in striped bikinis.

Regardless dress here is a sad state of affairs.Most of these girls have 1 outfit to their name,and thats it...for many reasons which is a whole new thread altogether.
Cultural differences and influences IMO have greatly contrasted the dressing styles in Thailand.Thais styles for the most part leave alot to be desired,whereas right over the border in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam the girls dress like knockouts....French influence perhaps...who knows.

thanks again, just getting home from work.While I enjoy the girl photos as much as anyone, this really shows the atmosphere of the place. That group shot is something! I was wondering what the Jenny Starr bar looked like. Nana plaza was easy to find with goolge maps. Fantastic resolution of BKK. Every subway stop, traffic jams, everything.

Who knows? If i can get enough time away from my job, i may try all three places. 8) Phuket is my main target though....

The problem with the prices, are the Chumps who're paying too much. These fools cause the prices to go up.

For example, Mint's rates these days are in the 4000-5000 Baht range which in my opinion is way too much.

I read one story in another forum, where one dope payed 10,000 Baht to be with Mint. :what

Thankfully, that's not typical pricing.

The problem w/ pricing is thanks in a very large part to the Federal Reserve devaluating the USD 65% in the last 7 years,and over 30% in the last 2.

Common folk dont grasp it here but everyone still equates 1 USD= 40-45 thai baht,however it stands at 1USD=32 thai baht.The girls still want their 2-4000 baht for short time,so what used to cost you 50 bucks can now go for 70-130.

If you plan on hitting Phuket you need to be aware that it is a very migratory city and is full of ladyboys only in high season.When the tourists leave many of the girls do as well.

Trust me you can do much better for ALOT less than Mint :roll:

I'm off in Feburary for a quick visit (mostly to go suit shopping, so if you anywhere decent then let me know, I don't want a rubbish 12 hour suit, something where they'll take a few measurements over the time of making it)

Anyway, I digress, where are some decent hotels? I usually stay around Khoa San Road area but this time I'd like to try somewhere a bit different... somewhere somewhat escort friendly :)

The Thai government just passed a new law stating if you stay in Khao San Road you must:

1.Have a backpack surgically attached to your torso
2.Have dread locks with at least one piece of bubble gum stuck in there
3.Smell of Patchouli
4.leave home with a dime bag of weed and 7 bucks to your name.

Suk soi 1-12 all sorts of nice modern hotels.My fav is the Landmark,4 star about 125 per night.They will allow hookers but she/he must leave their ID card at reception...for your safety.
