I’m not disagreeing about those sites. If anything Grooby has been one of the companies creating avenues for these girls and diversity. And by diverse I’m speaking of non white, women of color. A lot of the girls only work exclusively for those sites. I would like to see them in bigger productions. When we see these bigger productions films and scenes they aren’t really diversity in it. What's "those sites"? This is a grooby forum but are you talking about Joey Silvera stuff or something? Also what bigger productions do you mean?

I think what you're saying is the "it" girls, or ones we see more of than others have been visually "white", with a certain look. Daisy Taylor, Emma Rose, Aubrey Kate, Casey Kisses - and they get a lot of work. Is that what you mean?

If that's what you mean then I can understand that, but given those are so popular, and the sites producing scenes with them know that, I don't see a work around. I think you're conveniently forgetting some non white performers that occupied that same place - Yasmin Lee, Vanity, Jessy Dubai, Jessica Fox, Mia Isabella, and I'd argue Peachez of BTG is one of the current "it" girls rn. She does a lot of scenes and is VERY popular.
