And if it's put dispassionately like that, fine.
But when it comes allied with vituperation and insult - "RIP", "she's dead to me" "ugly bitch" etc - I feel obliged to throw in my two penn'orth on her behalf. In other words, it's not the simple fact that cockhounds are disappointed when a girl has SRS that pisses me off, it's more the terrible and insensitive way that all too often they express it.
Can we agree on that?
Absolutely.

So ok, go stand in front of a mirror and pretend your performing their music if you need the gratification.
I'd adapt to their new version of music. And, by the way, comparing music to genitals is a bit silly. Let's say I found a trans man attractive...and he had a vagina. If he was a nice person whom I got on well with, I could deal with that. But, if he told me one day "I want to have surgery to have a dick" I wouldn't be shocked...afterall he's a MAN... You're acting like it's shocking that girls want this surgery. C'mon... seriously? If you can't feel compassion for someone whose lifelong wish has come true, that's your problem, not hers. That is all.

What a question! My guitars are my friends.
Hmm, cut off my dick or smash my guitars....
I'll need some time to think about that.

I think people fail to realize that this is a porn thread. Not a sensitive help group for shemales that want to be fully females. We are mostly all here because we either want to promote a site we have or we have a fetish for trans girls. Hell, most of you found this site probably through another shemale site. All of a sudden people start talking about SRS surgery and all that jazz and if someone says something negative about it, they get ganged upon as if they are some rotten apple. What happened to free speech? To like and dislike whatever you feel. To say "if you like cock so much, then put on a wig and jerk off" is a very assholeish thing to say as far as I'm concerned. Far worse than someone saying that they like a particular shemale with her cock still attached.
People are way to sensitive when it comes to this SRS talk.

:iagree: Once again, very well put Maddy. And your final sentence says it all. There's no comparison between a piece of equipment and a sentient being with hopes, fears and desires, one of which is to take that final step to become outwardly the woman that they know they are inside.

I'm not. The conversation I made was merely an abstract devil's advocate thing. I have a lot of compassion for the enormous difficulties in transitioning, and I firmly believe that people who transition should be able to come here and find nothing but support.
And I say that in all sincerity.

Including people like Maddy who's had SRS? Yes, we are "mostly" all here because it's a porn site, but please show just a little sensitivity towards those who aren't necessarily her primarily for that, the girls especially.

Not trying to be rude, I'm just genuinely curious. I know, for some men, we're never put in the "woman" category. I remember reading someone on this site saying: "Why would a trans woman get SRS? Might as well be a GG." It seems they don't understand that some of us don't want to be seen as a transsexual in transition the rest of our lives, in fact never wanted to in the first place.
As far as I see it, it's a porn thing. At least for me. I'm not here to get a date or anything like that. I'm not here to really talk about sensitive issues, though I know they come up often. Especially when it comes to SRS. And as far as I see what classification I put a transsexual in. I will NEVER consider a transsexual a male. You will always see in my posts that I refer you all as "She" That goes both for online and in my personal life. To say otherwise would be totally disrespectful....

Thinking it and saying it are two different things. For you it's a matter of what you like about someone else' body. For that person, it's an enormous decision that involves not just their appearance but also complex issues of identity. It may be something they've wanted their entire life. I'm not saying all transsexuals want the surgery, but of those who do, can you think of a more crucial time? It seems rather selfish to them chime in with your wants and desires regarding someone you've never met.

The problem is that they don't get that support. Most of the comments are negative, some even abusive.
