I was wondering the same thing. Obviously, based on the pics you posted, there is some sort of TS scene in Russia. Some of the other posters on here(Avers) make it seem like a person would get their skull cracked in if they got caught with one. So, what are the laws like over there? Would foreigners get treated differently than Russian citizens if they got caught with a TS?
