Let me get far down history lane. Here are first, Barbara Ann, a female impersonator of the very early XXth century for Barnum and Bailey circus. Picture dates back 1905. To me, she just looks fabulous considering there was no hormones...
Then, a few pictures of the Bigwood Twins, from the second and third decade of the XXth. One of them, Billy, was really lovely imho (last pic)...

I think they were from a pictorial, but I've only ever found a few of them. Here is what I have. Can't honestly say if I know of others. Hope I helped.

My holy grail are the shots of Tula where you actually see her rebuilt snatch from her early modeling days. I know they are out there. Saw them once back in the day, stupidly never saved them.
