What if she cut off her nose and replaced it with a bozo the clown nose, or completely covered her face with tatoos...would she still be perfect to you?
Re: Jane Marie going post op
If you like her pre-op body, there's nothing wrong with thaat, that's what sells. But, if she gets SRS, be happy for her. It's that simple. Don't whine and cry because you're obsessed with penises. If a penis is all that matters to you, put on a wig and jerk off in the mirror. Self-gratification. Enjoy. You're welcome.

:iagree: Exactly, Maddy, very well put.
And Prod, that's a really dumb question and I think you know it is.

The question was rhetorical...if she gets a bozo nose, or covers her face with tattoos, she's not going to be perfect anymore.
Some people are not going to be happy for her after that....they may even wonder if she has a few screws loose...would there be something wrong with those people for thinking that way?
So what's the difference?

Why? What's the difference between cutting off your nose, if you think that will complete you as a person, and cutting off your dick for the same reason?
Because a nose isn't sexual and a dick is? Or because one person gets sexual gratification from another person's dick but not typically a nose?

NYSPROD
The changes you ask about are arbitrary whereas there's nothing arbitrary about sex. The penis and clitoris are homologues I think, and men and women's biological differences are mainly confined to their sexual organs and the effects that sex hormones have on development. So having a surgery in order to match body and gender identity is not at all like the sort of arbitrary mutilation (ie. cutting off the nose) you raise in your hypothetical.

OK, I see the point - if to some she's only perfect with male genitalia and if they are removed, so is the perfection, and by extension if she puts on a clown's nose she wouldn't be perfect either. Got that, accepted.
And if it's put dispassionately like that, fine.
But when it comes allied with vituperation and insult - "RIP", "she's dead to me" "ugly bitch" etc - I feel obliged to throw in my two penn'orth on her behalf. In other words, it's not the simple fact that cockhounds are disappointed when a girl has SRS that pisses me off, it's more the terrible and insensitive way that all too often they express it.
Can we agree on that?

That's not how the surgery works. It's not just removal of tissue but also the construction of female sex organs. So it's not as simple as saying that tissue is randomly being excised.

I get that that's part of the fetish, but if you were dating a girl who had surgery would you suddenly lose all interest in her, or is it just a porn thing? Not trying to be rude, I'm just genuinely curious. I know, for some men, we're never put in the "woman" category. I remember reading someone on this site saying: "Why would a trans woman get SRS? Might as well be a GG." It seems they don't understand that some of us don't want to be seen as a transsexual in transition the rest of our lives, in fact never wanted to in the first place.

I'll go back to my previous question...what if your favorite musician gives an interview saying their music really sucks and that they're destroying all their equipment...would you be upset?
So ok, go stand in front of a mirror and pretend your performing their music if you need the gratification.
