I disagree, for me anyway. I don't care what size the cock is so long as it can cum. sad to say but no you cant.a girl can be on hormones and be functional(i.e get erections and orgasms) but in order for the estrogen to work properly the testosterone has to be almost completely blocked.semen is a by product of testosterone.when you go to the doctor he/she puts you on the proper dose and one of the signs they look for to see if the dose is effective is lack of ejaculate.
