It's really tough when you know that they (TS Girl) is tricking most of the day I find most guys that date TS Girls LTR are flunkies and the girls support them NO NEED for me to NAME NAMES if your in the scene long enough you see them. Oh and they have to be flawless aka unspookable except by men in the scene
if i were single i would be open to it for sure and I'd evaluate it in the same manner i would my past relationships with GGs.
and I'll be completely honest. coming out would be very difficult. but, given the right circumstances and the right (t)girl. if i fell in love with her. I believe I would be willing to be open
but a lot of that is on the girl, and if she requires being out. Some girls may be of the idea that I should come out to friends and family and not be ashamed of it. Another school of thought would be that if she was passable enough and preferred to be stealth I'd support that as well.
Another thought is children. At some point I want them. But do I require that they have my genes? Would a surrogate be an option? Again I think if the circumstances were right and I was in love, that would take precedence over all other decisions.
interesting questions for me considering the extremely limited exposure i've had with the transsexual community besides the internet.
I have, and I am right now dating a TS girl. She is in Vegas now and Im going there this weekend to visit. No she has not met any of my family or friends that have no idea I like TS, but a previous girl that was more passable has. But my family has only met one other previous GF, so I guess it may seem weird I dont introduce too many girls to family but everyone runs in completely different circles it seems.
I took a minute to post not because I wouldn't date a transexual, because I will and do. It took me a minute because I really wanted to think about what I was going to say besides "Yes."
I've never had a problem dating a TS or going out with one doing average day to day stuff. Maybe because, I've learned that ultimately people don't really care beyond the internal feeling of the whole world knows or is watching.
I think a lot of guys would be willing to date a TS with non-issue. I think one of the problems is that a lot of guys live in areas where there are very few transexuals. But more importantly there is no outlet for guys and girls that want to date ANYWHERE. There is no speed-dating for TS and guys that like them (and there should be).
So the problem becomes it now seems like it's only a few guys that want to date TS. There's only three ways you can meet a ts. 1) Luck up, randomly bump into one and click (that's how I met the first transexual I've ever been with) 2) The internet. Obviously, that's going to be a mixed bag, because the same internet rules apply i.e people pretending, people lying, etc 3) Go where there are TS, then you run the chance of being labeled a freak or a trick or whatever preconceived notion you get slapped with for hanging out like that.
So let me sum this up. I think there are plenty of guys and girls willing to date. But there aren't any real venues that cater to a dating crowd. There needs to be.

I met a lovely and beautiful transgendered lady about a year ago and since then we have become best friends. I know I'm more attrackted to her than she to me but we spend quite a bit of time together. She used to be a show girl for many years but now only performs on certain occasions. I'm totally happier with her on this level than I ever was with my last 5 year relationship with GG. I think we've become begginning soul mates and it's the BEST! Guys out there --Go For It If your as lucky as me you'll be more than happy.

Hmm...Dating, by whatever your definition may be, is a tough subject for me. Three dentists are buying new Maybach 62's on what they've earned from the multitude of kicks in the teeth I've received from previous relationships (Pansexual), so it's all relative.
I don't think I've had any issues with dating T-gurls, but the events are so rare that I really can't measure them.
I've been out to dinner with a couple of gurls from this very forum (You know who you are, but need not 'fess up ;) ) and introduced some of same to many friends and associates of mine (Outside the T fan genre).
Personally, I don't see myself having an issue with dating a T-gurl on a long term basis, but I am not what one might consider a viable test subject in such research as I am rather hermitic and unlikely to be in =any= LTR with =any= gender. :(
