I only know of about one or two examples, ever, given that almost no girls in the world are able to get t-blockers/estrogen/progesterone at an early enough age. If the girl isn't supported, she's typically working, meaning she needs use of her cock, also making there be some testosterone affect on them.

Even people like that are not 100% passable. To a well trained eye and ear the sings are obvious.
